The JAM Brands is once again taking your competition experience to the next level by introducing The JAM Waiver! Effective immediately, The JAM Waiver will serve as the universal waiver form for all competition and camp producing companies of The JAM Brands. That’s right – the hassle of completing waiver forms year after year, event after event has just been made EASY by your ‘Partner in Spirit.’ Check out more info on The JAM Waiver below!

	The JAM Waiver will serve as the official waiver for ALL companies of The JAM Brands. Complete the waiver once upon registering for your first event, and The JAM Brands will take care of the rest. No need to resubmit them when competing or participating with multiple companies of The JAM Brands! *
	Once completed, The JAM Waiver will be held on file with The JAM Brands and will be reusable year after year. That’s right – The JAM Waiver will eliminate the inconvenience of tracking down kids and parents every year for every competition for signatures and waiver information. See important exceptions below. **
	Every team participating with any company of The JAM Brands is eligible. There are no minimums or special requirements to meet in order to take advantage of this exciting new program!

* All participants will be required to submit The JAM Waiver upon participating at their first event. No exceptions will be made. Individual waivers will need to be submitted upon adding new members to your team(s) throughout the year. The JAM Brands will continue to check all team lists to make sure that all participants have a waiver on file. You will continue to be notified of any missing information or waivers. All information must be properly and entirely filled out on The JAM Waiver in order for it to remain valid.

** The JAM Waiver will serve as a lifetime waiver form for all event and camp producing companies of The JAM Brands. New waiver forms MUST be submitted for all individuals with waivers on file ONLY under the following circumstances…

• Change of legal guardianship
• Once participant reaches the age of 18

NOTE: It is the responsibility of the gym, participant and/or legal guardians to ensure that each participant’s lifetime waiver is updated if one of the circumstances listed above occurs.
