COA Cheer & Dance was launched in 1987 and is one of the premier camp and competition providers in the United States, with over 40 championships and 150 camps each year. COA's Elements Dance Company focuses entirely on the needs of today's dancers through the Elements Dance Championships. In 2005, COA Cheer & Dance established CHEERforLIFE, a philanthropic initiative that benefits a different charity each year. To date, over $20,000 has been raised. The final cornerstone initiative has been COA's scholarship program. COA Cheer & Dance, along with the Shirley A.
